Called 1800 multiple times and received no proper information from anyone. They seem to just read back whatever is written on the website, which I have access to. Since my EAD application has been beyond the normal processing time, when I called somewhere in July, they created an SR for me and told me to wait for an update within 60 days. I needed to be patient. I’ve waited and just followed their instruction to wait and after more than 60 days, i tried to call again and I asked for an L2 and I was told the same exact info. They can’t expedite and SR seemed to be not assigned so I was told to wait again.
This time, I created my own SR online in September and the following day, I received an automated email that “ my case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter”.

I have been a quiet reader and I am trying to be patient but starting to be jealous of everyone I see here in this forum of being approved or at least receiving their EAD and AP.
I am from the San Francisco area. Is there anyone with the same issue like mine. Sometimes, I feel like I am the only one suffering from this long wait.

I am just so grateful that my husband is so supportive of me with everything I need. But he needs my SSN to include me in his medical insurance and not only that, so I can start working but I need to get my driver license too. This is the second year of this long wait. I hope I hear some good news soon. :)

Thank you for all who share their experiences and give some advise too.
