waiting for my GC
Hello, I'm still waiting for my approval notice for my GC, it has been more than 90 days and still nothing, I check the website for updates and it is still pending. I sent the I-485 and I-765 on Nov. 19, 2008 (my wife of 20 years is a US Citizen) and received a notice on Nov. 24th, got an appointment for fingerprints in Dec. turned everything they needed by Dec, 3rd and we are now in June of 2009, still waiting for a notice, I did go to the local office to ask about my case and did talk to a live person, (very polite man) he told me that my case was on hold as of March 4th, 2009 and that to just wait for a notice, their website reads that my case is still pending as I do check this every day. A got notice that reads " production for a EAD card has been ordered" just yesterday,
