Hi, Please I am in need of some suggestions. I am going to apply for wavier in coming 2 months but my divorce is not final yet and the thing is I don’t have much documents to show to USCIS that my marriage was real. I have been abused And cheated by my ex wife since day 1 of marriage and I have strong evidence for that but joint docs I have is joint lease, joint photographs, joint tax returns for the year 2019 and few affidavits stating that marriage was real and she cheated on me. I don’t know what to do at this point and On top of everything my divorce is not final yet.
