12/13/2019 you attended your interview
12/13/2019 we approved your application
Now I just have to wait until they schedule my naturalization ceremony. The interview itself was easy! I attended my interview at the San Francisco office and the official was nice and friendly. Here are the questions she asked me:
1. what is one promise you make when you become a US citizen?
2. What do we show loyalty to when we say the pledge of allegiance?
3. Who vetoes bills?
4. In what month do we vote for president?
5. There were thirteen original colonies. Name three of them
6. What is one right that is only for US citizens?
After that she told me I passed the civics tests and we moved on to the reading and writing portion, which was easy. Then we reviewed my application and I was given a document saying I passed and was going to be recommended for naturalization and this afternoon the online status changed to “we approved your application” now I just have to wait for the ceremony, I hope it won’t take too long!
