Obtained EAD in October of 2019
Obtained notice that case was ready for interview November 1, 2019
Interview scheduled for February 2, 2020.
The interview started on a tense note but after the questions regarding a previously filed and withdrawn waiver of unlawful presence were addressed it went very smoothly. The interviewer asked all the yes/no questions on the form. Reviewed 5 photographs and our joint finances. She then asked my wife is she wished to change her last name and corrected the two responses regarding date of last entry and whether she ever had any parking tickets and concluded the interview. At 6:30 last night we received the text messages that the card was in production and that the I-130 had been approved.
