What documents should USC bring to interview
I'm getting conflicting information from my attorney so I need a second opinion.
Does the USC spouse need to bring a letter from employer? We already submitted three years worth of tax returns and no need for joint sponsor.
Attorney says that all she needs to take with her is 2016 tax returns.
Does that sound right?
