What else should we do?
Our relationship went soo fast and that is why we had a lot up and down and issues to work.
We have no engagement pictures beacuse he proposed in a fight. I was breaking up with him because i felt like he wasnt taking our relationship serious and im not to play around. And right there he said you want us to get married i will marry you because i do want to be with you. I thought he was lying like another of his lies and crazy enough we went to buy our rings and went to village office and the clerk said you can't marry today we have to do a marriage certificate so we went back the following week. Bought my dress and i was afraid to tell dad. (Young don't do it like that) told only my dad the day before my wedding didnt expect him to show. On wedding day, he calls me like 2 hours before and i cried because i thought he was calling to cancel and he said his car got towed and needs a ride to our wedding. Went to the village office saw my dad and my uncle and i cried my husband asked to forgive him . Wedding pictures only with my dad and uncle. 4 months later im trying to move out because it got complicated and i found out i was pregnant! Everything good until 7 months of pregnancy we had a huge argument, i left our room went to my cousin. He wasnt there at birth , no pictures with him and our daughter at the hospital. Told him through a text sent him a pic of my newborn baby. 2 months after we talked and i moved back and last week we turned 4 years of marriage.
.. our daughter doesnt have his last name ..( as a child i was separated from my mom for 10 years i thought she died , i was 13 when i found out the truth and then i was separated from her again and she reached me when i was pregnant. I panic and asked my husband to not put his last name yet since i was ilegal and if for some reason i get deported i don't want my daughter to go through what i went. He agreed and i have proofs of what happened in my childhood. Anyways turns out that my biological mom really abandoned !
I want to take a paternity test to show my husband is the father even though she doesnt have his last name but in the website it says that USCIS don't accept that unless they directly ask and sends you were to do it.
Don't know how the officer will take the fact that we dont have engagement pictures / at the hospital pictures with him and our daughter not having his last name PLUS my daughter looks identically like me !! Just toes like dad !!
Everything else i think is alright.
We have bills , lease family pictures after we got back , taxes,
He can't have auto insurance because if i put him, my insurance will go high$$ so is only me in car insurance, at&t bill, friends and family affidavits.,,
