what happener after RFE
Hello everyone,
I sent my RFE documents this week. How long does it ussually take for USCI to make a descision after documents has been sent? I had my interview on Sep 11th. and got rfe two weeks after that.
Also, My EAD DACA expires in Feb. and my other EAD bases thru marriage expaires in Junuary.
Should I renew my DACA or the other one based on marriage?
I am worry becuase both of my cards will expired soon and I dont know if immigration will process my case before they expire!
