Married to USC on March 13, 2017
Place of application: Indiana
Service center: Missouri
Here are my case details
Documents submitted: May 14, 2019
Received RFE : July 19, 2019( needed extra documents from the sponsor)
Received biometrics appointment: Sept 13th, 2019
Done and updated on my case in the system: September 24, 2019
Rfe submitted: Oct 08, 2019
Rfe submitted message updated on my case: Oct 11, 2019
Received biometrics appointment again for employment authorization: Oct 16, 2019
Biometrics done again just the right index finger: Oct 24,2019
When I check my case online the last update I see is on Oct 11, 2019 says rfe received and working on my case again on i485
I130 and i768 both the status online still says that your should receive your receipt notice by june13, 2019. They haven't been any updates since day one.
What I should do now? Should I wait or should I send a service request as there is no update on my case since Oct 11, 2019. When I contacted my Lawer all she is says it's a waiting game.
It's been little over 6 months but I haven't received ead card either.
Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
