Been to two interviews, last interview was 08/2019 - over a year ago. I’m contemplating on filing a mandamus again USCIS but then my US spouse don’t want to sign the paperworks with my Attorney. And from my understanding, if she doesn’t sign the papers we can’t proceed. Could there be some other alternatives? Like can I file this just by myself?? Please share your experience if you can relate to this situation. Thx!
