My filing place is NBC
PD on 10/8/2019
Biometric appointment 11/20/2019
RFE 12/9/2019
RFE received 1/21/2020
Has no update since then. My EAD/AP has no update since 11/20/2019.
Anyone knows when I can call them for request service?
