When do you get an NOID?
Hello everyone,
I see a lot of people are getting NOID lately.
I just want to know at which stage do you really get NOID?
My I.140 based on EB2-NIW was approved June 2020, I filed for I. 485 in July 2020 along with Medical, finger prints done in Aug 2020 and I received my combo EAD in Oct 2020. In Dec 2020 the status said "Ready to be scheduled for interview". Since Mar 26th it says "Interview canceled.....". I am still hoping my interview will be scheduled sooner.
Am I still susceptible to NOID, and can get it?
