When I can apply for US CITIZENSHIP?
I just recently got my greencard. My wife is a LPR. I know spouse of US CITIZEN can apply for citizenship after 3 years and 9months of his/her green card. And spouse of LPR can apply for citizenship after 4 years and 9months. Am i right?
My wife will get her citizenship after 2 years. So if she gets her citizenship then can I apply for my citizenship after 3 years and 9 months of my greencard ? Or still I have to wait 4 years and 9 months?
