When to submit an SR online?
Hi,
I am an EB2 petitioner with PD of June 2019, an I-485 submitted in November 2019 (by lawyer), and biometrics done in December 2019. EAD received in December 2019. Lawyer is waiting for RFE medical but we have not received a RFE yet or any other notice except that "fingertips were taken". I was in the understanding that the lawyer was the only one to submit a SR online if he submitted I-485. Is this the case? I would like to submit an SR online to be requested for medical RFE but I do not know if this is a valid petition. Any previous experiences as why you submitted your SR online and the impact it has had in your case (positive or negative or neutral) would be helpful.
