Why am I being summoned for a 2nd interview?
Hi everyone,

Whenever I am feeling anxious this forum really helps me get better. I really appreciate everyone who responds to my post.

Here's a little bit background

My husband and I's marriage is real but the timeline is quite short so we met in July 2018 and got married in November 2019 and on January 2019 we filed my I-130, I-485, Travel document and renewed my EAD. In short we applied for GC before our marriage is 2 years.

Another thing is that we are a young couple. We are both 29 and barely starting to navigate life. Our finances are okay but we did not have much joint properties. My car is co-signed so of course my insurance is with the person who co-signed it which happens to be my uncle. My phone bill is also connected to my other uncle and I do not pay for it because like I said I just started life. I moved here when I am 25. Now, I am 29 this year I turn 30. Our health insurance also is cheaper when we are separate. I go to my work for it and he went to covered cal for his.

We did show them our savings account, gym memberships, costco memberships, lease agreement, travels bookings(with only one name but says 2 people max), lots of photos, mails showing same address.

The 2nd interview just doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone have the same experience? What is in the 2nd interview?

Below is our timeline.

January 04- We received a letter summoning us to appear on February 12, 2020 for an interview regarding Form I-130 and Form I-485. Like I said we already did a 2 hour long interview in November 22.

Thank you so much. Any help will be appreciated.
