Will I get denied again?
I am worried about my case! adjustment of status marriage base. I told the truth on the Forms that I am working. On the i864 I advise of my household income including mines the intended immigrant and my husband who is a citizen. Now USCIS is asking for copies of unexpired proof of work authorization which I do not have. My EAD from my initial case was expired in 10/16/2019. This is my second time filing because my case was denied in 2019 because of my J1, I didn't have a waiver. I now have the waiver and I think I will get denied because I was honest on my forms about working.
