Am a bit curious and would be grateful for any useful response on my worries. Please find below my journey so far;
Application for Marriage based adjustment of status package received by USCIS - September 1 2020
Form I-797c notice of action/receipt notice for form 1-485 dated Oct 11th 2020
Form 1-765 rejected due to old version of form - October 7th 2020
Revised form I-765 sent out October 23rd 2020
Form I-797c notice of action (Eligibility category c09) for resubmitted i-765 received October 26th 2020
Nothing more since then.
My question is, does anyone know how long it will take to be invited for biometric and afterwards, when can I expect to get my work authorization?
