Case received January 2 and they are processing my case
I expedited my case January 20 and the they request evidence under financial lost
Send documents and they emailed me today asking for more evidence and that I should fax it I don’t have a job offer or anything so I guess it’s gonna be denied. I didn’t know that u had to submit a form for work permit until recently. And I filed my i485 July 2018 I would’ve gotten it if I had known. What can I do to speed up my work permit? If I call uscis and explain to them will they understand? They say my case can be scheduled anytime now it’s been forever I hate this process takes too long
