Wrong taxes
So 2 months ago I got rfie to send wife's taxes.
And this is what happened.
When we did our taxes separately, because we got married in January, our Accountant did her taxes on wrong address(other state), and did not file that tax return, but he did file other return with corrected address, and in all crazines with taxes and AOS and Rfei, I accidently sended to USCIS that tax return that is not filled with IRS. For some reason I had that copy too.
But I still got my EAD. I don't know if I need to let them know, or just to wait for interview, and if they bring that up, just to give them filled tax return
