my wife came here on a visitors visa, we were married in the USA after 6 months of her visit here
her adjustment of status was denied, so we filed a hardship 601, which was also denied , she has no criminal record , we filed an appeal for the 601 denial which will take about another year to hear back from
my question is....with the new immigration reform being talked about in congress, will this help he to get approval OR would it be better for us to not appeal and have her status be updated as illegal, then stay and hope for some sort of amnesty ?
