Wife didn't change her last name

Need some advise. My wife didn't change her name when we got married. Will this cause any issues when we go for the interview. Cn anyone provide some feedback.

They might ask about it during the interview, but there are a lot of people who keep their name for various reasons. It won't affect their decision.
