Thank you Sir for your reply. I have already overstayed for more than 180 day. I thought that the immigration required the form I-131 is part of the documents that I to submit. Should fill the part 1 and leave the rest blank and sign it. Because I dont plain to travel out of the US. The immigration will know that I dont want to travel.
