Filing for GC under Spouse Category when I 485 pending through EB2

I have EB2 I 485 pending for Priority Date.
I have EAD Combo card through the same and it is valid till March 2015.

I married to US citizen and would liek to file GC under spouse category.
I am not sure if I have to file for I 131 and I 765 again??? SInce I already have an EAD through EB2

Also, would I get new "A" Alien Number?

The A# is always the same, you don't get the new A no.
If you want you can submit for new EAD and AP but no need. Once your AOS done, you must withdraw your EB1 case.

But I will have to surely submit New I 485? Or just I 130 and I 864 to attach to existing I 485?

You must submit separate I-485 for marriage based AOS. Once your AOS interview is done (I-30-I485 approved) you can ask IO to withdraw the EMP base Adjustment of status.
