Joint sponsor using household income

Hello, i am using help of joint sponsor bcz my husband income is not enough, the joint sponsor's income according last tax return is not enough either but his household income with his wife is quit enough. The joint sponsor is his wife filed taxes for the last tax year jointly and the wife is ready to submit form I-864A but at the beginning of this year they got divorce and basically they are not married anymore. So can the joint sponsor use household income with his ex wife?
