Child born during process

Hope I am posting this in the right area...!

I am an American citizen and the petitioner on behalf of my wife. After we sent in all of our paperwork, we had a baby. Since I am also a sponsor (we needed a co-sponsor due to lack of income), I assume I need to inform USCIS that I have an additional dependent (besides, a few baby pictures should help prove the legitimacy of the marriage..). I've done some due diligence looking around for some type of form, but am unable to find the solution. Could anyone guide me to how I should go about releasing this new info to USCIS?

Where is your wife?

She is in the US on a student visa. Actually she is a student in one state, but we just moved to another for my job (I graduated first), and so we are crossing our fingers to get it all done before the next semester would start. We've done the change of address and did biometrics in the previous state.

Where is the baby? Where was baby born?

Baby was born in the last state we were in, he's American. My concern is if even though we have a co-sponsor, if I need to declare that I have another dependent. He's 2 months old now, so I'm concerned that we haven't done anything yet. Trying to call the customer service number etc, but really of no use.
