Question on Affadavit for sponsoring parents

Hi,

I work in U.S on H1B visa. My sister is a U.S citizen living with her husband and willing to sponsor my parents for green card. She does not work though. My parents are already present in U.S on visit visa.

Questions
1) If she decides to use her husbands income for sponsoring, does she have to fill I-864 and her husband I-864A ?

2) Once my parents get their green card, can I then file them as dependents during my Tax return ? Since, my brother in law is signing up to provide support for them I want to make sure that I can file them as dependents later after they get their green card.

3) Can I be the sponsor for them on H1B Visa ? If yes, what form will I have to fill ? Does my sister still needs to fill I-864 in this case ?

1. Both. I-864 is your sister and I864A is her husband.
2. No. your sister is responsible for your parents. Its not tax issue, its immigration issue.
3. only US citizen and GC can sponsor. Sister file I-864 regardless who co-sponsor them. She is the petitioner.
