pending 485, changed employer???

hi, can anyone help me regarding my case??? would really appreciate it...I have a pending I-485 which was filed last year....Iam moving to another company secondary to a better offer and compensation....My question, will this affect my petition on the 485? My employer is not happy about my decision of leaving too soon...How will this affect my pending 485...Thanks...

Assuming your I-140 is cleared and that it's been more than 180 days since you filed your I-485 you should not have any problems chaning your employer but I read somewhere that if you have a choice you should stay with your original employer.
