Thanks for the reply. We already have a co-sponsor and she makes enough. My concern is, will the immigration pass the case, or will they deny my case since I am working without an authorization. Am I going to jail, or are they just going to depart me?

Your wife cannot count your income because you are not authorized to work. If your wife has any tax dependents (unlikely) she can count their income. Or she can count her assets if there is 3 times the amount of income she needs. Otherwise, if that is still not enough, you will need to find a joint sponsor whose household income is enough.

Hello guys. I send my package two time and it's has been rejected. I came here on 5 january 2016 with a visa F1. And my wife is a green card holder. And send my packag and uscis send it back and they said that i have to fix the "aplicant final action Date" and the "Date of filling application". I come from Africa ( burkina Faso) and i really don't know how that thing is working. And i need some help. Please

You should start a new thread as your question is unrelated to this thread.

Spouse of a permanent resident is in the F2A category which has a wait for visa numbers of around 2 years. That means that you cannot file I-485 with I-130. Only about 1-2 years after the I-130 is filed can you either do Adjustment of Status by filing I-485 (if you are in the US and in status at that time) or do Consular Processing for an immigrant visa abroad otherwise.
