AOS on VWP urgent questions

Hello,

I had a few questions about the whole AOS process.

I came to the US in November - ended up staying and getting married (completely spontaneously). I know it's crazy, but it felt right. I am currently going through the motion of adjusting my status.

Can someone please help me understand exactly what forms I need to send, so far I believe it is just the:
- I-485
- I-130
- G-325
- I-765

Am I correct in thinking these are all I need to send? What evidence needs to be sent with these?

I have read other sites, but they all seem to be giving mixed answers.

I am having some difficultly filling in the I-485, where it asks for the I-94# and Current USCIS status, I have no idea what to enter - as I arrived on a Visa Waiver

Also on PART 2 of the form, I don't know what box to tick which best describes why "I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status", as none of the options seem a best fit.

As well as this, I need some further assistance on the I-765 - This is the work form that costs somewhere around $300 - although I have read that it is free if sent off with the I-485, is this correct?

Are all of the forms sent together? or separately? consequently, are the cheques sent to pay for the forms a combined fee? or are the fees separated into numerous cheques for each individual form

Also, I am a little perplexed about the medical exam... do I need to print off the form and go and see a doctor before I send the other forms?

Any more guidance and knowledge that can shed more light on the whole process would be very much appreciated.

I am sorry for any ignorance I have shown through this post, however this website offers a resource I cannot turn down. I'm sure many people on here can emphasise with how stressful this process can be.

You're going to find it difficult to get all your questions answered with one response from anyone with the time to sort out your questions. It sounds like you are overwhelmed with the forms and the requirements, so you are very likely to miss something if you put your package together without assistance from someone with experience.

THAT'S BECAUSE THIS IS A COMPLICATED PACKAGE, AND EVERYONE APPROACHES IT DIFFERENTLY, BUT THE END RESULT SHOULD BE THE SAME.

THE I-765 AND I-131 FORMS DO NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES IF INCLUDED WITH YOUR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS.

EVERYTHING IS SENT TOGETHER. YOU SHOULD SUBMIT TWO CHECKS, $420 and $1,070.

YOU FIND A USCIS-LISTED DOCTOR AND HE PROVIDES THE I-693 FORM.

The following must be submitted with the I-864

1. I-864
2. Copy of your most recent Federal income tax return or IRS tax return transacript
3. W2 and/or 1099 forms for same year
4. Current employment verification letter

Question since I'm in a similar situation. Do I have to fill G-325's or G-325a's ? The USCIS website says G-325A have to be accompanied with the I-I30 but here it says G-325's. Any clarification would be appreciated, thanks!

You should use form G-325A, when filing an immigrant petition or Adjustment of Status package.

First thing first, you have 2 options to start with and you will have to decide which is best for you.
I will assume you are married to an american citizen? Yes, ok you will need to have her petition USCIS by filling out Form I-130
Form I-130 establishes the relationship between you and your family member. You must submit proof of that relationship, such as marriage certificate, birth certificate, in addition to proof of your permanent resident status in the United States.
You will need the following docs to file:
1. Completed and signed for G-1145
2. Completed and signed form I-130
3. Money order for I-130 filing fee
4. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (petitioner)
5. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (beneficiary)
6. Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate
7. Copy of our marriage certificate
8. Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and passport
9. Proof of a bona fide relationship

You can file the I-130 and the I-485 seperate or concurrent ist your choice.

This is a 2 part answer.
Your spouse can provide support for you as combined income. A formula is used to determine how you match federal Poverty guidelines, you are probably above the guideline so you will need paycheck stubs tax records as far back as 2 or 3 years. Or you can also file a i-864 W, W being a waiver. If you are able to provide social security income data for 40 quarters ie: 10 years the waiver applies.
