i485 dined what other options ???

I have a question about i485 i applied
09/10/14
Got my finger prints on November 4th
After that i didn't got nothing yet,
So i called USCIS and they send me in my email address


On February 13, 2014, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you.

Does it have any options and its not dined finally right plz help me

You can't do anything until you know why there was a denial. It there was no interview, then the denial reason must have been based solely on something obvious in your submitted paperwork, or you might not have shown up for a scheduled interview (for which you may not have received an interview notice).

So when i receive the notice on post mail
That i didn't receive yet, then to see what are the options and why they dined right

Do i need to call USCIS to scheduled interview or do they notice me ???

Denials of Adjustment procedures don't usually happen unless some warning has already been given, which was ignored. On the other hand, if an interview was scheduled and you didn't show, a denial notice would almost immediately be generated. I had one like that once because the applicant didn't receive the notice at the address she gave and was at, but the postman thought the house was vacant. She immediately went to the USCIS office and explained the problem, which was something she couldn't control, and even got the postman to corroborate her story. But she was told the denial was out of their hands, because she didn't show. In those days, about 10 years ago, it was easier to gain access to USCIS staff, by walking into the offices (Sacramento, CA).

She was told by USCIS staff that she could "reopen" the denial case for about $500 (don't recall exact fee), which she did and received another interview date shortly after.

You shouldn't even consider refiling until you know why you are getting a denial.
