Pleasant Good-day to you all I have a few questions on this form My wife is the Petitioner but she is a bit confuse how to really answer the following questions.

Ques 17. List spouse and children for you relative ....... My wife want to know if she should put her name in for spouse she is the only spouse that I ever had up to this date. I don't have a child and We haven't had any children together as yet but my wife had a child before we were together so we guess for Child it is "None".

Question 19. you relative abroad address ????? she want to know if she has to put my previous abroad I had before I came here since I had been here almost two (2) year living with her and presently is out of status.

Question 22. If your relative is not eligible for an adjustment of status he or she will apply for a visa abroad at American consulate. DOES SHE HAVE TO PUT MY HOME COUNTRY AND CITY OR CAN SHE OVERLOOK IT we know these question might seen straight forward but really we don't know and we are seeking your help. please don't laugh at us.

    thank you.

    thank you.

Q17. If your wife is the petitioner (i.e., her name figures in part B), then there is no need to repeat her name in answer to q17. For children, if you don't have any child of your own or with your wife, then, yes, the answer is no.

Q19. If you know your last address abroad, have her enter it. If you don't, it's ok.

Q22. Enter the city of state where you currently live AND (just in case) the city and country of your citizenship. Why overlook it?
