I have submitted my i485 package last week when should i get any notification form USCIS.

If you included the G-1145 contact form with your submittal, you should get an email and/or text confirmation of USCIS receipt of your package in 10-15 days after you mailed it. A hardcopy Receipt Notice of Action should arrive in the mail about 3 weeks after submittal.

Your remaining waiting time depends on which country you are in. The soonest is about 3 more years.

I have sent my documents on 15th May, but still no response from USCIS department , now I am getting worried. is it okay to take this much time? please tell me. Thanks

It's too early to assume anything is wrong. It sometimes takes 3-4 weeks to get a response from USCIS.

You should have a Post Office or courier tracking number to check.
You can also see if your check has been cashed.
In addition, if you included form G-1145, you should get a text and/or email confirmation that your file has been received.

If you do not have a Post Office or courier tracking number, and if you cannot verify that your check has been cased, and if you did not use form G-1145 with your package, you'll just have to wait until you get a mailed Receipt Notice of Action from USCIS.

I just checked about my cheque it didn't cash , and I have submitted 1145 form with my application that's why I am worried that no confirmation on email and text msg

GC interviews in California average 4-6 months after submission, but this can vary by USCIS office.

Green card interview

MyI485 is recently updated and my green card interview date is 28 Aug but my I765 date is still 20th May and no update on it. I have heard that usually work permit receive within 45 days but i didnt get any. Is it unusual or normal process please help me
