  • Is this ok and can expect a favorable result

    1. My parents came to USA on 06/16/2014 on b2 visitor visa and has to leave by 12/15/2014

2.I have applied for citizen ship on 08/07/22014 and expecting to be granted by 11/20/2014

3.Me and my wife in a meeting with my parents expressed our desire that my parents should stay with us in USA permanently for which my parents agreed.

4.Assuming every thing goes as indicated above and me filing i-130 and my parents filing for AOS simultaneously, i have following questions.

1.will it be conceived that my parents in any way had landed to US with fraudulent motive or per-concieved intent to stay in US? especially when i was not even a citizen when they arrived? or whether its moral enough on my part to file a sponsorship petition.

2.What if i get my citizenship just one day before there allowed stay?

3.Is there any restriction that you can sponser your relatives only after certain period of your citizenship?

4.Me and my wife individually meet the 125% poverty rule to make afidivate of support do we need it do jointly?

5.What are the chances of my parents to be through this process and getting green cards.

If you submit I-130's and I-485's for each parent when you have your Naturalization Certificate, thus putting them in an "Immediate Priority" immigrant status, there is no particular reason to expect any problems with their processing.
