i 485 filed no receipt number for i 765

Hi,
I've sent my i 485 package on 10/30/2014 (received by USCIS next day) which included mine as primary (on H1b) and my Wife's as dependent(on H4) application.

we got receipt numbers
1. Primary applicants i 485 receipt number
2. Primary applicants i 765 receipt number
3. Dependent's i 485 receipt number.

however, Dependent's ( my wife's) i -765 receipt number was not received.

we even got appointment for fingerprinting scheduled on Dec 12.

There are 2 issues i noticed,

1. My priority date is listed incorrectly as 2012 instead on 2008 (my i 140 has ported date from 2008 )
2. missing 1 765 Receipt number for my wife.

what are my options here, should i contact USCIS and create a ticket for both the issues? has anyone was ever faced this kind of issue?

Appreciate if you guys can give me some input here!

I guess u should called the USCIS to find out. I want to ask you, how many weeks it takes before u get the Notice of Action? Cos I am still waiting to receive mine. I submitted mine, received on the 13th of November, till now I have not receive the receipt for form i-485. I don't know why the delay...

My package reached USCIS on OCT 31st and i've received receipt numbers on phone(SMS) on 20 Nov and physical receipts 3 days later. FYI , mine was Texas lockbox

Please can any one tell me how many weeks or how long will it takes to get EAD after biometrics???
