Yes, next step the interview. I called Uscis last week and the first line told me that they are working on May 2014 and ask for the second line, the official told me that process take 8 to 9 months so I need wait 2 or 3 more months

Hey ,it's seems NY state filers have the longest wait times. In here and other AOS forums all December filers have gotten interview dates but not nyc

When did u file ur AOS? I filed mine as at Nov 12, and I gotten my date for interview I live in New York too
