  • Help Aos package

Hey I'm pretty new to this and am about to post my AOS package, bit confused about the concurrent i130, i485, i765, my i94 is up on Feb 14, I don't have the i693(is that a huge mistake at this stage) yet. I came here on a B1 last year, had a baby in December, Married in January, it's been crazy hectic....any advice will be so helpful.

If you don't submit the I-693 (in sealed envelope), your package will be accepted, but you will receive a "Request for Evidence" during the processing, probably fairly early.

If your basis is "marriage to a U.S. citizen," your Feb 14 visa stay expiration should not affect your processing.
