Twenty8 when I send my package in in December I had already have an approve I-130 from 2009 ... I am just waiting on the interview for the i485 which is taking forever ......

Today they Changed my case status from fingerprints Fee was received to : interview is Scheduled on june ! Finally something new ;-)

Well, that's great for you. Frustrating for me. I filed Dec 30th, concurrent filing i-130 and 1-485. I have been waiting for interview since Feb 17th, it has been "ready to be scheduled" since then. Oh well, patience is needed here.

See I never had this notification " interview is ready to be scheduled " and that's why I was worried ! It was straight from. " fingerprints fee was received " to " interview is schedule " I hope you gonna get yours soon ! Keeping my fingers crossed ! Ohh and waiting for June !

And put some stamp on her paper and told me my card should come in the mail in 30 days.. Hmm but my status didn't changed yet.. So I don't know what to think..

I had my interview on june 09 and received my Green card on june 16 !
