i-94 number, Nonimmigrant Visa Number, Arrival/Departure Record all the same?

HELLO

my husband (he has mexican and usa nationality) and me (i am german, living in Mexico) we merried last year in Mexico and now we decided to live in USA, so i will apply for the green card (filing I-130 with I-485). i am inside the U.S. with the visa waiver program.
i got very confused with all this paperwork, so i have some questions i didnt find any answer:
where is the difference between:
I-94 Number (appears in Part 1 on I-485) and Nonimmigrant Visa Number (Part 3 on I-485) and Arrival/Departure Record (i-94). i would put always the same "admission number" from my I-94.

i had my flight from europe to the U.S. but then i went to visit the family in Mexico, so i crossed the border by land like 3 times but they didnt saved my arrivals/departures to Mexico and in my I-94 travel history seems like i am not in the U.S. right now. they marked one departure but no arrivals.
i dont know what to do with this problem

Call this number 281-443-4350 follow the instruction. What you are requesting for is deferred inspection so you will dial 221, I think so. And you will talk to an officer. I think they work only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1-3 PM. But you have to go there on appointment.

I'm sorry.. I don't think you need an appointment for correction of I-94 form. Well just call the number.
