My PD is Aug 3rd 2015 and no interview schedule/notice yet.
Anyone with the latest info on the Dallas office Timeline??

Hi everyone. Our interview went well today. We arrived about 20 minutes early. They called us back promptly at 10:15 am. The officer was friendly. He asked us if we had weekend plans and how our week was going. He went through our submitted paperwork and noted a few things. He asked my spouse about his last entry to US. He asked us to tell him about our relationship and how we met. Then he asked for evidence and photos. He really didn't look at them just put them in our file. He said he would give us results in a few days after reviewing everything. He said everything appeared fine and in order.

Glad everything went well. Now we go back to waiting...

No Update yet. I called the customer service last week and was told they were handling June 5th Fillers.

Hopefully the load will decrease soon and my application file will be next for review.

All,

I received an email (The very first email ever) on June 25th from USCIS saying my case is waiting for interview schedule and once done, I would be contacted. However if I don't receive any notice in 90 days from the date of notice, I should contact customer care.
I called the customer service last week to update myself with Dallas Office current processing time/month and I was told my case is out of processing time hence why the mail I received. The CS agent would not give me further info until 30days after I received the email.

I hope to read my schedule letter soon hopefully. Again my PD is 08/03/2015.

don't wait!! make an infopass appointment.
I think that the people answering the phone calls don't have all the information. I don't think that you are out of processing time. they don't even know what month are they working (people on the phone). they keep saying june 5!!!? (that was until april 30- and we already pass two months since that date).
If you have that email; probably you should have your interview letter soon.
Did you do your medical exam again?

I've been following this forum since we sent our paperwork! I finally have an update!
I'm a US citizen petitioner for my hubby
PD: 7/20/2015
Husband received EAD: sometime in October 2015
FINALLY GOT OUR INTERVIEW NOTICE ON TUESDAY!
Interview date: 7/29/2016
I'm 8+ months pregnant and my due date is literally 1 week after our interview haha

Going by what was posted by "AudaciousC (1) 01 Jul 2016#4'' , I think they are attending to Aug 2015 priority dates.
Mine is Aug 3rd 2015 as well so, am hoping to receive my interview notice soon.

Interview Scheduled

Finally received text message and update online, but no physical mail yet. Interview scheduled for August 15. My PD is August 10, 2015. Will redo medical and take with me to interview (expires Aug. 6) to avoid any possible further delays. It's taken a year and it's not over yet.

I received a notice of appointment last week.
My appointment is scheduled for August 08 and my PD is 03/08/2015.

We are waiting for interview date still since end of last year. PD is 8/2015. EAD was sent early October. I'm wondering should we go ahead and submit application to renew EAD in case it expires while still waiting for interview.

EAD after Biometrics

To dallas filers ,
could you please share the timeline for EAD for marriage based GC
i have been searching but couldnt get a dallas filer. my case went to MSC
just wondering if the 90 days process for EAD is from the PD or the biometric date.

Medical Examination/Certificate expiry!

To all Dallas filers for Adjustment of Status (I-485), Your medical certificate may have expired if you did it one year ago.
Ensure you do a new one and go with the sealed envelope to your interview. That way, the agency can decide on your case fast. Otherwise, you will be asked to go re-do the examination and bring the certificate by hand before a decision can be made.

This is my recent experience as I just learnt that the medical examination submitted with my application is only valid for one year. And as we all know, Texas is backed up by one year with Adjustment of status.
