Hi , i was on interview on march 27 this year , the officer ask for more proof me and my wife bring more proof , but after few months waiting , immigration officers was on our door , asking questions , i was to work , and they ask my wife to sign some form , she told them no i will not sign anything , they told her that is **** marriage , but was the same answer from my wife to them , that is not . they was knocking on few doors by our neighbors to ask if they know me . what should i expect now ??? please advice . thank you

Must be a frightening experience for you both. Do you know what it's they wanted your wife to sign?
You have no choice but to live your marital life, until you hear from them. If you do not, then make an info pass.

They are in doubt with something...... they could be watching you both prior to them coming there. Who knows....it's just a guess. Wishing you all the best though.

I've never heard of this ever happening. They asked her to sign a letter saying she is withdrawing the application. Do not sign it. Speak to a lawyer ASAP!!! Please use the time to gather more evidence, eg.: receipts from dates etc., pictures, names on utilities, insurance (life, car, home).

Please, if you are religious: pray.

Yes, this happens more often than we care to know., with various outcome.....
Immigration Officers have been visiting homes forever, so to speak, with many not knowing, they been satisfied with their investigation; a few others not so lucky.

im sorry to hear this is happening to you, but i wanna ask, what proof did they ask you to bring during the interview? did you provide them with the proofs? if i may ask what state are you applying from? if you don't mind can you pls shed more light on how the interview went

omg! That's serious!!! Some neighbor might not even know both of u as everyone is minding their business. Making info pass is ur best way to know more requirements of what they are requesting . Good luck
