RFE for i-864. Please help!

Checklist only has one item:


You have submitted a Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioner/sponsor. The version submitted is no longer valid.

In order to process your application further, submit a properly completed and signed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support (revision date 07/02/2015), from the petitioner/sponsor. All pages of Form I-864 must be present and with the same revision date.


Do we only need to send in the new form, or include all supporting documents all over again (tax transcripts, bank statements etc)?
