Question on I-485, I-131, THANK YOU in advance
Hi,
I have a few questions want to ask you regarding my immigration petition for my wife.
-I have filed form I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 for my wife, how many receipts are we supposed to get from USCIS?
-So far, we have received three receipts, one for I-765, but two receipts with different receipt number for I-130 and we don't know why (one states that on 12/4, they received form I-130, the other states that on 12/10, they received form I-130), what I need to do with this? Do I need to contact USCIS about this issue?
-I today receive REJECTION notice for I-131 due to the payment amount is incorrect. My I-131 was sent back with a green paper. Do I resubmit the same I-131 that was sent back or I need to print a new copy? because the one that they sent back has some number prints on the bottom of each page. Also do I need to include the rejection notice in the package?
