Please need some help
Hello everyone,
My mother did the petition for me under F2B(unmarried son 21 years of age and older) category 4 years ago which is already approved. my question is, can i apply for adjustment of status(I-485) when my date becomes current for filing the applications if i am physically present in the country ?? i have B2 visitor visa at the moment.
Please help me in the right direction.
