So I just received an email stating, "Notice was returned to USCIS because Post Office could not deliver it". I don't understand why, since I received 4 other notices that were sent at the same time and had the same address listed. Now, it tells me to e-request a copy so it wont cause any problems with my case. I tried doing that but it won't let me due to it has not been 30 days yet. Should I worry about something wrong happening to the case for waiting to the 30 days cut off date?

I am in the same situation as you described - all 3 notices of receipt (for my I-130, I-485, I-765) were returned to the USCIS because the post office could not deliver it. In my case, the address was correct but because we had just moved here, there was a little glitch with the USPS. I tried to e-request for a copy but faced the same message that I could not do it because it has not been 30 days yet.
I called the customer service number (it should be on the other notices you received) and spoke to a customer service representative about the issue. She was pretty helpful and filed an inquiry for me for an officer to respond (and gave me the referral number). This has all been updated in my case status online.
I am not sure what type of notice you did not receive but in my case, it was a notice of receipt. I checked with my immigration lawyer on this and he said it should not adversely affect the case nor affect the processing time. Also, even though I did not receive my notice of receipt for I-485 (Adjustment of Status) and I-765 (Employment Authorization Document), I did receive the notice for biometrics appointment.
I would strongly advise you to call the help line so that it is at least on record that you made some steps on your side. Good luck!
p/s My processing center is MSC (National Benefits Center).
