  • Immigration officer took my i-94. Now I need to go back to my country

    Hi,

In 2014 I had an I-485 marriage interview and the immigration officer took my i-94. The case was later denied. Now I need to go back to my country but I don't have my i-94. Can I just need to give the copy of my i-94 to the customs agents at the airport and told them that my i-94 was taken by an immigration officer. Or do I have to file form I-102 (for replacement of I-94)?
    Thanks a lot.
