Hello, I sent back my RFE with all the requirements and it's delivered since last week Monday but have not heard anything yet from the USCIS. Please how long before my status change and what next?

It took me about a month after I send my RFE for me to get an interview. They received RFE on April 20, 2016 and I received my interview notice was send on May 12, 2016. My interview is on June 14, 2016.

Same here. They received my RFE on April 21, 2016 and I received my interview notice on May 11, 2016. My interview is on June 24, 2016. I am in same sex marriage in Sacramento. Goodluck to us!

I think San Antonio TX just too slow,no EAD yet 485 still as of may 12th your case is ready to be scheduled for interview I'm so tired.....please what can I do

What's your case (H1, I-130, AOS, etc) Mike? When did you file & field office?

My case is AOS,and I filed March 14th field office is San Antonio TX no interview yet and no EAD.

Interview

Today I had my interview. Although the the officer was not very friendly, the whole interview was short. They only ask me like 5 questions, but my husband about 20. Mostly about place of birth, my date of birth, my place of birth, address and telephone number. We did waited about 2 hours before they call us in. Our appointment was at 2:15pm and we end up going in for the interview around 3:40pm. We were the last people to go in. They did not give us a decision because they needed to do a background check and told us to wait 90 days for a decision. When we got home, I got an email stating that my Status Had change. My current status is "card in production". I believe his green card is in production from what I understand. I believe they are going to issue his green card before approving the case. Wired. Has any one had this happen to them? Did you receive your green card before your case is approved?
