Houston: 5 months waiting still no scheduling interview

I-485 marriage based. Last update on 17th-Dec-2015 got my new EAD. I-130 ( case was received) & 485( RFE respond received) since then no updating. It've been FIVE months. No scheduling interview. I already submit online case check requirement ( got email says will reply to me on 11st-May-2015) today is 12nd I did not hear anything from them. Should I contact with local Gov office to ask for help? Thx

Wouldn’t hurt to call to ask. But this doesn’t seem all that unusual. After the USCIS received our response to their Request for Evidence, it took a little over 4 months for them to schedule the interview.

Don't worry bro cause you will have to wait another year before they even bother with your case. I have applied in june 2015 and still have to learn what is happening with my case. Just take it easy and do what you have to do . And if you call the governor or senator they will tell you that you still hve to wait 180 days after the usual time so good luck with everything.
