Hi everyone,
I'm from a West African country and I'm on removal proceeding. I already went twice at a master hearing and I have a 3rd one coming up pretty soon. I also applied for an " I130" petition which one I received a recept and showed to the immigration judge. He gave us 6 months to get an answer from the USCIS or to bring an other applications such as asylum one. Unfortunately the six months are almost over but we still don't have an answer from USCIS and we need to bring something at the judge table.
So my question is :do you think it is reasonable to have two cases going on at the same time for the same person ? Don't you think they can cancel each other ?
Thanks for your concern and your answers
