Got approved on the spot at our Interview, 6 days later I received the green card...today i received the EAD. Has anyone had this happen to them? do i put the Ead away and just use my green card?

Yes your green card is proof enough for you to do everything your EAD could help you with (plus more). -

I wish I could even get the EAD cuz its coming close to 90 days.!!
