AOS Form I485 - marriage to a US Citizen
Hi,
I have a question regarding adjustment of status. I was granted asylum status 2.5 years ago and have been living in the US ever since. My fiance is an American citizen and we plan to get married very soon. We need to apply for my permanent residence and do not know the laws and/or procedures governing this. We need help on the next steps. Your advise is appreciated. Thank you!
